BookingArrival: Your booking will be secured until 6pm (or pre-arranged time) on the date of your arrival. Our normal check-in times are 4pm - 9pm. Other times are normally not a problem, just let us know in advance. Departure: Payment can be on the day of departure, and can be made by card/cheque or cash. Please note, we do not accept Amex or Diners Club. We ask that you to please vacate your room/s by 10.30am. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking within
48 hours of your scheduled arrival date & we are
unable to re-let your room/s you will be liable up to the
full cost of your accommodation. We will however, make
every effort to re-let your room/s. We suggest that
bookings are cancelled in writing (letter/e-mail/fax)
quoting your booking reference number.
